Second Teaching Competition Supported by DeloPorts Held in Novorossiysk
The second teaching competition, Teacher of Your Time, was held in Novorossiysk with organizational and financial support from the stevedoring holding DeloPorts (part of the Delo Group). Twenty teachers from 16 schools across the city took part in the event.

The competition traditionally consisted of three stages. In the first stage, participants presented creative video projects on the theme “What They Don’t Teach at School.” The second stage focused on the integration of artificial intelligence into the educational process: teachers discussed effective ways of using digital technologies in teaching and explored the concept of the school of the future, where educators and modern tools work together in a complementary way. Participants also took part in a business game designed to assess leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

The winner of the competition was a teacher from the Vice Admiral G. N. Kholostyakov Maritime Technical Lyceum. Second place was awarded to a teacher from Gymnasium No. 8 named after A. T. Orlov, while third place went to a teacher from School No. 26 named after Hero of the Russian Federation A. I. Palatidi.

“As one of the city’s largest enterprises, we are actively involved in social initiatives, including support for this competition. Teachers lay the foundation for the professional competencies of future specialists, including those in the transport industry. Competitions like this help identify talented educators, introduce innovation into the educational process, and shape the image of a modern school that meets the challenges of the digital age,” said jury member Natalya Semevskaya, Deputy Director General for Administrative Affairs at DeloPorts LLC.

The event was held to promote innovative approaches, enhance the prestige of the teaching profession, and shape the image of a modern school that combines traditional and technological methods. It encourages professional development, the exchange of experience, and discussion of future trends in education.

Delo Group Terminals in Novorossiysk Retain Leadership in Grain and Container Throughput in 2025
The NUTEP container terminal and the KSK grain terminal — both part of Deloports, which manages Delo Group’s port assets in Novorossiysk — maintained their leading positions in container and grain transshipment at the end of 2025. NUTEP retained leadership in container volumes within the Azov-Black Sea basin, while KSK remained the country’s leading terminal for grain transshipment.

NUTEP increased container throughput by 1.9% year on year to 624,000 TEU in 2025. The terminal remained the volume leader in the Azov-Black Sea basin, ranked second among Russia’s container terminals overall, and retained its leading position in container exports.

KSK handled 7.4 million tonnes of grain for export in 2025 (-28.6% year on year), while increasing its share of the Russian deep-water grain transshipment market. The decline in volumes was primarily driven by the weak grain harvest in 2024. With the start of the new grain season in the second half of 2025, the market began to recover. By August, October, and November, KSK was transshipping more than 1.0 million tonnes of grain cargo per month for export. In the fourth quarter of 2025, KSK’s grain transshipment grew by 4.3% year on year.

“Despite the contraction of the maritime container transshipment market and the decline in grain exports in 2025, Deloports increased its container volumes and strengthened its position in the grain segment, confirming its leadership among Russian stevedoring companies,” the company’s management said.

Consolidated results of Deloports:
